The Uganda Law Society (ULS) had by November 4, 2013 failed to file its response to a suit in which the Attorney\r\nGeneral petitioned court seeking interim orders nullifying a two-year\r\nsuspension imposed on him by the lawyers’ body for alleged incompetence. The\r\ncase against Hon. Peter Nyombi was scheduled for hearing on November 4,\r\n2013 before Hon. Justice Stephen Musota of the High Court. 

Court ordered ULS to file its response by\r\nFriday 8, November 2013.  The case was adjourned December 9, 2013 as the date to\r\nhear the matter.
